A global community at home in Oklahoma

Oklahoma State University has students from over 90 countries and every region of the world.
Who counts as an international applicant?
If you are seeking an undergraduate (bachelor’s) degree, are a citizen of any country other than the U.S. and are not in the U.S. as an immigrant, you are in the right place.

How to apply as an international student

Whether you are starting college for the first time or transferring from another university, we are here to help make your dreams a reality. If you want to take classes at OSU without enrolling as a student, you are considered as a non-degree seeking student

International Transfers

I have 24 or more credit hours (or equivalent) of college-level credit from an accredited U.S. college or university or a recognized post secondary level institution located outside of the U.S. after graduation from high school (higher secondary).

International Readmits

I was previously enrolled as an international undergraduate at OSU, but not in the immediate past semester (not including the summer semester).
