Join OSU as non-degree seeking student

If you want to take coursework at Oklahoma State University but don't want to pursue a degree, you can apply and enroll in up to 12 credit hours without meeting admission requirements.

 

Steps to enroll as a non-degree seeking student

  1. Complete an application

    Create an account in the admissions portal, then complete and submit your application. 

    If any of your desired courses have prerequisites, you must also provide a transcript that demonstrates you meet the requirement. You do not need to submit test scores or additional documentation.

  2. Check your financial eligibility

    To be considered for federal assistance, students must be enrolled in a recognized academic program leading to a degree. However, there are some exceptions for which you may be eligible.

  3. Pay the application fee

    Domestic non-degree application fee: $50

    International non-degree* application fee: $90

    *Non-degree students will not receive immigration documents from OSU.
