Admitted Student Days, for students who have been admitted to Oklahoma State University, offer information sessions designed to ease the college transition and provide the opportunity to meet other students planning to join the Cowboy family.
You'll receive important information about your next steps toward enrollment, hear from current students about what you can expect as an OSU Cowboy, score an inside look at residential life and Greek housing and take a campus tour for those attending an in-person event.
Sign up for a personalized appointment with an admissions counselor who will explain and answer any questions you may have about your scholarships and financial aid.
Students who attend Admitted Student Days can take advantage of early residence hall move-in in August, arriving and getting settled early. Parents, we haven’t left you out! You’ll have your own session to ask the questions most important to you.
Here’s a look at what you can expect for the on-campus experience (the virtual event will be similar but with some modifications):
CHECK-IN & SHOWCASE
Once you’ve checked in, visit one-on-one with staff and students from Campus Life and Student Services about your next steps to come to OSU in the fall.
We will kick off the event and offer tips to help you make the most of your time with us.
Representatives from First Year Success will share information about summer orientation and enrollment programming. They’ll reveal what you can expect and how you can prepare.
Residential Life Staff will also be on hand to provide direction for spring housing and roommate selection. They’ll share the many ways that living on campus is more than just a spot to rest your head, but a way to get involved on campus.
First Year Success’ Connection Crew, made up of current students, will show you what it’s really like to be a student at OSU and answer any questions you may have.
At OSU, we understand that attending college is a transition not only for students, but also for parents. Learn how you can help your child be successful at OSU and leave with practical tips to ease the college transition for everyone.
Visit with current students within your academic college and begin making connections. You’ll have a chance to speak with faculty, students and staff to learn more about the academic opportunities, student services and valuable resources to help you succeed.
