Students walking around campus

We love welcoming students back to Oklahoma State University.

Students must submit an updated application for admission and scholarships along with the application fee or fee waiver. A student who has enrolled in another university since last attending OSU must also submit an updated transcript from each institution attended.
A returning service member whose enrollment was interrupted due to full time active duty service obligations may request reactivation of their student status from the Office of the Registrar and submit the Military Leave of Absence and Intent to Return from Military Leave of Absence forms along with official orders. Both forms and supporting orders may be submitted to the Office of the Registrar after the student returns from military service, but are required prior to re-enrollment at OSU.  See Military Leave of Absence FAQs for additional information about Military Leave of Absence.

Who counts as a readmission applicant?

If you have attended OSU but not enrolled in the immediate past semester (not including the summer sessions).

What's required? You'll need these four things to be considered for admission:

  1. Completed Admission/Scholarship application
  2. $40 nonrefundable application fee
  3. Official high school transcript reflecting unweighted GPA and class rank (if available)
  4. ACT or SAT test score*
*Beginning in summer 2022, students have the option to apply to OSU without consideration of a test score. Students who select this option on the application will be considered for admission based on a full review of their high school transcript. Class rank is not required for test optional admission. This option also applies to home school, private, parochial or other non-public high schools which are not accredited by a recognized accrediting agency.

*OSU will accept the official superscore provided directly from ACT for both admission and scholarship consideration.
