Steps to apply for readmission

  1. Review readmission requirements

    Readmission requirements vary depending on the circumstances in which you left OSU.

  2. Complete your application and submit transcripts (if applicable)

    The admissions portal is where you'll:

    • Complete your application 
    • Submit transcripts (required only if you completed coursework since leaving OSU)

    Once you've set up an account, you can log back in at any time to complete your application or check your admission status.

    Your readmission application is also your application for continuing student scholarships.

  3. Pay $50 application fee

    A $50 nonrefundable application fee is required to apply for readmission.

  4. Apply for federal financial aid

    When you apply to OSU, you are automatically considered for scholarships. Once available, OSU encourages all students fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) using OSU's school code of 003170 to maximize scholarship and financial aid opportunities.

    If you live in a participating southern state, you may qualify for in-state tuition through the Academic Common Market
