Your Complete Scholarship File

Your application for scholarships isn't complete until we have these things:

 

• Official high school transcript. Have your high school send Oklahoma State University your official transcript. Click here for more information on submitting documents.
• Completed essay response. If you didn't submit your essay when you filled out the OSU application for admission, you may complete your essay question and submit it online. Your essay must be submitted by Feb. 1 for full scholarship consideration. Click here for more information on submitting your essay response.
• Leadership experience (honors, employment, activities, etc.). Identify and describe your leadership responsibilities, honors received, activities and employment history using our online form.
• Updated ACT/SAT scores. Send Oklahoma State University your official scores from ACT and SAT when you take the test by including OSU's official code of 3424 for ACT and 6546 for SAT.
