What is pre-law?

Pre-law at Oklahoma State is a statement of intent that demonstrates an interest in exploring a professional legal education after graduation from OSU. No one major is a better fit for a future law student, and we encourage degree selection based on individual interests, talents and skills. Students may apply to law school from any major at OSU.

Why pre-law at OSU?

OSU's pre-law resources help students develop into holistically prepared law school candidates, provide guidance with the admissions process and help connect students with peers and professional organizations to get involved and learn more about opportunities within the legal profession.

Potential to complete a bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctorate in six years as opposed to seven.
