There are many outside scholarship sources such as professional organizations, foundations, and corporations. We have provided as much information as we can to help you contact the organization in case you have questions with eligibility. Make sure you check back often since the scholarships are updated year round.

- McAlester Scottish Rite Scholarship
- Permanent Oklahoma Resident of one of the counties listed on the application
- Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester or 6 credit hours as a graduate student (all hours at OSU)
- Classified as a junior, senior or graduate student
- Must demonstrate financial need as indicated on the FAFSA
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.0
Award amount: $4,000 for one academic year

Bridging the Dream Scholarship for Graduate School Students
The Sallie Mae Fund and Thurgood Marshall College
Fund (TMCF) are proud to offer financial assistance to
outstanding students attending an accredited
post-secondary graduate level institution. Ten students enrolled at least part-time in an accredited graduate level program will be selected to receive a scholarship up to $10,000 for the 2023-2024 academic school year.Application Deadline: March 27, 2023
Application and Eligibility Requirements
- Bridging the Dream Scholarship for High School Seniors
The Sallie Mae Fund and Thurgood Marshall College Fund are proud to offer financial assistance to 25 current outstanding high school seniors who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or continuous education program. Scholars who are selected will receive a scholarship up to $10,000 for the 2023-2024 academic school year.

Application and Eligibility Requirements
- Royalty Owner Endowed Scholarship
Students who meet at least one eligibility criteria are encouraged to complete and submit the application, along with the required documentation.
- Must be a participating Class Members in the lawsuit Cecil v. BP America Production
Co., Case No. 16-CV-410-KEW, or a child, grandchild, or great-grandchild of a participating
Class Member.
Or - Must be a royalty interest owner in the state of Oklahoma, or a child, grandchild, or great-grandchild of a royalty interest owner in the state of Oklahoma. The royalty interest must be producing, owning non-producing rights does not qualify.

All required documents listed below must be received in the OSU Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid by close of business on May 1, 2023.
- Complete and submit the attached application.
- Submit a current high school transcript if your highest level completed is high school.
- Submit your most recent college transcript if you have attended college.
- Submit the documentation of lineage, including grandparent's World War I enlistment and discharge papers and all required birth certificates.
- Certified/notarized copies will be accepted if the following is indicated: "This is a true and exact copy of the original."

- Hearing Loss Association of America Central Oklahoma Chapter Scholarships
Our chapter of Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA COC) is offering scholarships to students with hearing loss who plan to attend an institution of higher education, including colleges, universities and career techs. We have offered scholarships for the past 7 years and have been able to help seventeen (17) students with hearing loss begin their advanced education journey.
