Student Success
As an undergraduate, I was able to focus my time and efforts into school and explore interests that I felt passionate about without worrying about whether or not it would be enough for me to get into medical school. It has also offered me an immense amount of reassurance. I was given such a wonderful opportunity that was very motivating. OSU-COM has provided a place for me to grow in many aspects of my life that would never have been possible at another medical school. The faculty and my friends have made this journey a million times easier to be successful.
Guaranteed Interview Program
OSU's College of Osteopathic Medicine works to produce physicians for Oklahoma, and with this goal in mind, seeks to attract the brightest medical school applicants in the country. With the Guaranteed Interview Program, prospective students from partner universities in Oklahoma can earn an interview with the College of Osteopathic Medicine by completing academic requirements outlined at their respective institutions. No one major is a better fit for a future health care career, and we encourage degree selection based on individual interests, talents and skills. Students may apply to their professional health care program(s) of choice from any major at OSU as long as they have completed required coursework for the program's application process.
