Highlights
Premiere learning labs
Our state-of-the-art learning labs, which are specifically for hospitality and tourism
management students, opened in 2016. New spaces include a quantity foods kitchen,
fine dining lab restaurant, beverage education center, quick-service restaurant lab
and demonstration classroom.
Internships
Students complete a required professional internship that provides valuable work experience
prior to graduation and beneficial industry connections that lead to future employment
opportunities.
Through the Eastin Center, OSU supports students’ professional growth from awareness
to knowledge acquisition, practice and ultimately successful implementation.
