Food and Beverage Management

Premiere learning labs
Our state-of-the-art learning labs — which are specifically for hospitality
and tourism management students — opened in 2016. New spaces include a quantity foods
kitchen, fine dining lab restaurant, beverage education center, quick-service restaurant
lab and demonstration classroom.
Internships and study abroad
Students complete a required professional internship that provides valuable work experience
prior to graduation and beneficial industry connections that lead to future employment
Our students gain leadership experience while planning and executing high-profile,
signature events such as the Distinguished Chef Series, Wine Forum of Oklahoma and
Craft Beer Forum of Oklahoma.
