OSU offers a business-focused curriculum, hands-on learning labs, study abroad experiences and an integrated internship component. Our students learn in new state-of-the-art facilities. Supportive faculty have diverse industry experience and students enjoy opportunities to connect with industry professionals through signature events.

Highlights

Premiere learning labs

Our state-of-the-art learning labs, which are specifically for hospitality and tourism management students, opened in 2016. New spaces include a quantity foods kitchen, fine dining lab restaurant, beverage education center, quick-service restaurant lab and demonstration classroom.

Internships

Students complete a required professional internship that provides valuable work experience prior to graduation and beneficial industry connections that lead to future employment opportunities.

Student-led events

Our students gain leadership experience while planning and executing high-profile, signature events such as the Distinguished Chef Series, Wine Forum of Oklahoma, Craft Beer Forum of Oklahoma and Hospitality Days.
