Overview

The real estate, rental and leasing sectors have experienced significant expansion in the U.S. and globally with strong demand and sustained growth. The U.S. Department of Labor projects increased demand and employment growth rate in Oklahoma and nationwide. Graduates with education and skill sets in these areas are in high demand and similar certificate programs are not widely offered at major U.S. academic institutions.

  • HTM 3813: Principles of Property Management (3 credits)
