International Transfer Admission Process

Steps to Apply

Incoming international transfer students can apply for admission and scholarships through the OSU application  (opens July 1). Once you create your account, you can log back in at any time to complete your application. Before you start, review the application steps below.

  1. Review OSU's international transfer admission requirements

    Please note that some academic colleges may have additional program-specific admission criteria.

    7-23 credit hoursFreshman admission requirements and 2.25 GPA
    24-59 credit hours2.25 GPA
    More than 60 hours or associate degree2.0 GPA
  2. Apply for admission and scholarships

     Create an account and start the process via the OSU application The admissions portal is also where you can check on the status of your application once you've applied.

  3. Submit required documents

    To complete your application, you will need to submit all of the documents listed below by uploading it to the admissions portal.

  4. Pay $90 application fee

    International students must pay a $90 application fee via your application portal before your application can be processed.
