Our block rate tuition program proves our commitment to to big value. More than 50% of OSU students graduate without any student loan debt.

Cost of Attendance

Cost of Attendance is the total estimated amount of money it will cost a student to attend OSU during one school year (fall and spring semesters).
The cost of attending OSU varies based on your program of study, whether you are a resident of Oklahoma or another state, housing and meal choices, transportation, other expenses and the financial aid you receive. 

Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded based on a variety of factors such as academic achievement, major, talent, leadership, geographical location, field of study, and/or financial need. Scholarships do not have to be repaid and can come from outside sources.
Assured awards are tuition waivers that reduce the credit hour tuition (not including fees) you are charged to attend OSU. They are not cash scholarships. 

State and Federal Government Funding

There are several opportunities for you to secure funding for college from both the state and federal government through grants and loans.

Office of the Bursar

The Office of the Bursar offers a variety of services: 
  • Monthly Account Billing
  • Credit balance refunds
  • Payment processing
  • Support for past due accounts
  • Third-party sponsorship assistance
  • Semester payment plans
