What is data science?

The management information systems option in data science develops aptitudes in quantitative tools that are especially critical in today's data-driven society. Additional coursework in descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics is possible with a data science option.

Why data science?

By pursuing the option in data sciences, students will have the opportunity to take courses in database systems, business intelligence, predictive and prescriptive analytics and visualization.
