The Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics, consisting of 12 hours of
required coursework, can be granted at any time during a student’s pursuit of the
M.S. degree or as a stand-alone effort. For current M.S. students, a second application
for the certificate must be made through the Graduate College. Graduate certificates
are listed on OSU transcripts.

Admissions Requirements and Deadlines
To be considered for admission:
Applicants must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00 or equivalent with a consistent
above-average performance throughout the undergraduate program in Industrial Engineering
or a related field.
International applicants whose native language is not English must submit TOEFL scores
with a minimum of 79 iBT or equivalent.
Applicants must also submit the following items – a statement of professional goals
(no more than two pages), and a current vitae/resume.
The School of IEM makes the admission recommendation, but the final decision is made
by the Graduate College to ensure uniform standards across the campus.
