Welcome new transfers!
We're here to help you transition to OSU by providing robust programs and services to ensure your success. All transfers are required to attend an orientation and enrollment program. You must be admitted before you can register. Please log in to your admissions portal to check your application status and view your checklist.
Registration for summer and fall 2026 incoming students will open on Sunday, Feb. 1.
Spring 2026 students looking to enroll should contact newstudents@okstate.edu for further assistance.
Fall Orientation and Enrollment Program Options
Please note that all transfer orientation and enrollment programs require a nonrefundable $100 per student fee, which is paid upon program registration. If you're eligible for an application fee waiver, Oklahoma's Promise or a Pell Grant (as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid), you may defer your payment to your fall Bursar bill.
Transfer Orientation and Enrollment
This full-day, on-campus program is ideal if you're seeking a stronger introduction to campus and want to meet with an academic advisor in person. Your day will include academic advising, campus and academic resource sessions, student ID pick-up and time to connect with peers. Please plan to be on campus from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Modified Transfer Orientation and Enrollment
This half-day, on-campus program provides academic advising and enrollment while introducing you to campus and academic resources and connecting you with peers. Please plan to attend the entirety of this four-hour program.

Virtual Orientation and Advising Access
With a focus on campus and academic resources, this online program provides you with the knowledge needed to successfully transition to OSU. This program will include live welcome and academic college sessions. Attendance is required to gain access to academic advising, which will be scheduled at a time and date that is convenient to you.
