About the OSU Portfolio
The OSU Portfolio is a tool provided to students to track, manage and make meaning
of their development of the Ideal Graduate competencies. The portfolio facilitates
meaningful reflection on experiences that allows students to intentionally consider
their skill development and learn to articulate this growth to capitalize on interviews,
applications, resumes and additional professional opportunities.
How you can use it
Students can use the portfolio to look back on key experiences, identify pivotal learning
moments and assess how these experiences have contributed to their personal and professional
growth. Through guided reflections, they can articulate the lessons learned, skills
acquired and challenges overcome, providing a deeper understanding of their journey
and achievements. This reflective process not only enhances their readiness for the
workforce but also fosters a lifelong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
