Master's in Integrative Biology
- become competent in the core content knowledge of integrative biology;

Research
The Department of Integrative Biology takes an integrative approach to research in organismal biology, focusing on increasing our knowledge of organisms and their environments through studies ranging from the molecular to the ecosystem levels.
Admissions Requirements

In order to be accepted into the Integrative Biology Graduate Program, you must have a faculty member in the department who accepts you into their lab. It is critical that you identify one or more faculty members with whom you share research interests and that you make contact with them directly to introduce yourself and to inquire if they will be accepting new students.
- GPA of 3.0 or better in all undergraduate coursework
- Personal statement
- Curriculum vitae
- Three letters of recommendation
- Supplemental form to identify preferred faculty advisors and preparation for a position as a graduate teaching assistant
- After admission, receive agreement from Integrative Biology graduate faculty member to serve as your advisor

Cost & Assistance
Graduate students in our program are supported by teaching assistantships, research assistantships or fellowships. The nine-month stipend for an M.S. GTA is $20,542. The nine-month stipend for a Ph.D. GTA is $23,870.
