Manage your personnel

Offered on the Stillwater and Tulsa campuses or online, the graduate certificate in human resource management enables students to pursue an academic credential that can be completed in less than a year. The graduate certificate in human resource management is designed to complement the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) competency model. These competencies are meant to provide the foundation for talent management throughout the HR life cycle.
