There is a dire need for professionals with practical knowledge and skills in health
analytics. As health care companies/employers repeatedly articulate their challenges
and corresponding needs, we designed, developed and implemented the first stage of
an evidence-based, hands-on educational program to produce the new generation of health
care analytics professionals.
It’s essential to listen to health care employers and to learn how to convert their
needs into large data repositories that provide actionable insight for better decisions
in the health care domain.
