Get a building level leadership certificate

This graduate certificate is designed for education professionals who already hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and seek to acquire the necessary skill set for building level school administration and/or Oklahoma Principals’ Licensure.

In addition to preparing you for building level administration and/or Oklahoma Principals’ Licensure, this program provides the partial fulfillment of requirements for state certification in the preparation of building level leaders (Oklahoma Statutes, 70-6-189©) that focuses on school building level educational leadership competencies.

Successful completion of the certificate program requires 12 credit hours (four courses) of graduate-level coursework in educational leadership. Credit hours are transferable to additional graduate degree programs in school administration.
