Class of 2021!

It's a big year for all of us, and an even bigger one for you because you've been admitted to OSU! There are just a few steps left to complete your application before the fall.

Take your next steps

Accept your scholarships and financial aid

New financial awards are made continuously.
Check your OSU portal to see and accept your awards! Some awards must be accepted by May 1 or will be canceled.
We will continue to make scholarship and financial aid awards in the fall and spring.
If you haven't already, make sure to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with OSU school code 003170 for full financial aid and scholarship consideration.
If you have questions about the financial aid process, how your scholarships and financial aid compares to that at other schools, don’t hesitate to ask! Reach out to our team of professionals at finaid@okstate.edu or 405-744-6604.

Enrollment deposit

Unlocks registration for housing and orientation
Upon admission to OSU, all freshmen must pay the $300 enrollment deposit before you can register for housing and New Student Orientation and Enrollment in February.
Your room selection will be based on date and time of enrollment deposit. Students who are eligible for a Pell Grant (as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid) will have their enrollment deposit deferred. The enrollment deposit can be refunded in part ($250) until May 1.

Orientation and enrollment

Sign up for a required summer program
During your orientation and enrollment session, you’ll enroll in classes for the fall semester, meet your academic advisor, make connections with your classmates and much more. Registration is required.
Camp Cowboy is also a fun-filled, three-day event where you will learn OSU traditions and meet current OSU leaders who are ready to share the inside scoop with you.
Orientation and enrollment is required, while Camp Cowboy is optional… but who wants to miss the fun?

Apply for housing

Find just the right fit!
OSU offers 31 residence halls and over 30 dining options, as well as a number of Living Learning Programs (LLP) where you can live with other students with whom you share general or academic interests.
Living on campus is convenient and helps you build lifelong friendships that start right next door. Complete your housing application as the next step in your housing process.
If you apply and are selected for a LLP, you will choose your room in March, while everyone else will choose their room beginning in April, based on the date and time of the enrollment deposit.
