What is real estate & property management?
The real estate, rental and leasing sectors have experienced significant expansion in the U.S. and globally with strong demand and sustained growth. The U.S. Department of Labor projects increased demand and employment growth rate in Oklahoma and nationwide. Graduates with education and skill sets in these areas are in high demand and similar programs are not widely offered at major U.S. academic institutions.
Why real estate & property management?
The bachelor's degree program focuses on topics to develop knowledge and skills needed to develop, manage and maintain real estate properties and assets in residential, commercial, industrial and other business segments. Soft skills are also accentuated to ensure effective communication, conflict resolution and customer experience & relationship management.
