- ACT and SAT scores are computed without the essay score. Official ACT Superscores provided by ACT will be accepted for scholarship consideration.
- OSU uses the highest cumulative GPA (weighted or unweighted based on a 4.0 scale) indicated on a student's official high school transcript for admission and scholarship purposes. GPAs not using a 4.0 scale will be converted to a 4.0 scale.
- Students may only receive the award with the highest value they are eligible for from the University Assured Scholarship or Partnered Scholarship categories.

President's Leadership Council (PLC) Scholarship | A one-year cash award. Students serve on the President's Leadership Council. | $1,500 total | Highly competitive selection. Requires a strong record of leadership and community service as indicated on the application for admission. |
- If selected, students may receive either the President's Distinguished Scholarship OR the President's Leadership Council Scholarship. Either award may be paired with other university scholarships.
