If you have a special or unusual circumstance, call (405) 744-7295 to make a phone appointment with a financial aid counselor.

If you want to meet with your Financial Planning Coach, visit your portal to make an appointment.

Email requests from current students must come from your OSU email account along with your student ID #.

If you want specific information about a student's account, you must be on their "Proxy Access."

Have the appropriate passphrase (when calling).
Must email from the address set up on Proxy Access.
Please keep in mind if you want specific information regarding the FAFSA, you must also be listed on the FAFSA.

Please make sure your student ID is on all documents submitted.
