Graduate student resources

To ensure we make the most accurate award possible, we need to know if you will receive any tuition waiver assistance for the award year. Your eligibility for federal assistance is based in part on your cost of education and other sources of financial assistance you will receive.  Any change to these factors after your original award has been made may cause an adjustment to your eligibility and/or require repayment of some or all federal funds you received for which you were not eligible. 

Please answer the following questions to let us know if you have been offered/awarded any tuition waiver assistance as a graduate student. If you are unsure if you are receiving a tuition waiver, contact the Graduate College. You do not need to list anticipated earnings for a graduate assistantship. If the information you indicate changes after you submit this form, you should immediately notify the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid by completing a new form. You will not receive federal aid awards until we receive the following information. 

This form is for Graduate students only. If you are an undergraduate, veterinary medicine or physician assistant student, you should complete the "Outside Resources" section in the "Offer" tab of the Financial Aid Dashboard on https://my.okstate.edu.
