Session Locations
Majority of our training sessions will be in ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center, though some will be hosted in other buildings.

What to Wear
We invite everyone to enjoy Cowboy casual during summer training with the exception of Tuesday, July 28 (see below). This includes jeans and comfortable shoes since there are elements of walking across campus throughout the schedule. Reminder: OSU or black and orange apparel is required to be considered Cowboy casual.
Tuesday, July 28: Orange business casual (no jeans). President Jim Hess and First Cowgirl Angela Hess will be coming to speak with our group on this day. Let’s honor them by wearing our best orange for their session! We’ll also be taking a group photo with them afterwards.
Reminder: If you chose an AG-related tour (FAPC and Equine Teaching Center), please wear closed-toe shoes to those sessions. -

Tips for headshot:
- Avoid wearing white, busy patterns and large lines/stripes and consider avoiding red.
- Men: Aim for a business or business casual look — think suit jacket, dress shirt, and tie, or a jacket with an open collar. Avoid wearing a plain white dress shirt on its own unless layered under a jacket or sweater.
- Women: Avoid bold patterns like stripes, plaids, checks, and prints, as they can be distracting on camera. Be mindful that necklines and sleeveless tops can affect how your face and shoulders appear in the shot.
- REMEMBER: Select clothing that makes you look and feel good.

Parking
- All off-site team members who are travelling to Stillwater for training will need to purchase a temporary staff lot parking pass. Valet parking or parking in the Student Union Parking Garage will not be covered by the department as part of your travel this time.
- Temporary staff lot parking permits are available for purchase at the Parking and Transportation Services office. You may be able to purchase this ahead of time on the OSU’s Parking Portal. Please request a one-week pass for $9 and remember to request a receipt so you can be reimbursed.
