Celebrating Excellence, An Evening with OSU

You're Invited

Join us for a riveting evening as you explore the academic development and mentorship opportunities unique to Oklahoma State University. Engage in conversation with campus leaders, faculty, staff and see how you can take advantage of all OSU has to offer. A plated dinner will be served. Business casual attire is recommended.

  • Check-in

    Time: 6 p.m.

    Location: Lobby, Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas

  • Course 1 - Salad (pre-set)

    Time: 6 - 6:30 p.m.

    Location: Ballroom, Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas

    BLT Salad


    This salad includes the following ingredients: chopped iceberg and romain heart, crispy bacon, petite heirloom tomato, pickled red onion and buttermilk ranch.


    Tea and water will be made available.

  • Course 2 - Entree

    Time: 6:30 - 6:45 p.m.

    Location: Ballroom, Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas

    Herb-Seared Chicken Breast


    This entrée will be served with a side of Irish cheddar mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, roasted broccolini and thyme jus.


    Tea and water will be made available.

  • Program

    Time: 6:45 - 7:30 p.m.

    Location: Ballroom 2, Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas

  • Dessert Reception

    Time: 7:30 - 8 p.m.

    Location:

    The dessert options are: New York cheesecake, Macarons, Chocolate dipped strawberries, Chocolate mousse, Lemon cream cheese cups, Tahitian vanilla creme brûlée.

    A hot apple cider and water station will also be made available.

  • Event Conclusion

    Time: 8 p.m.

    Location: Lobby, Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas
