Transfer application steps

These important steps in the application process must be completed so you can begin your journey at OSU. Remember, your application for admission is also your application for scholarships. To process your application quickly, we suggest you complete the application online. You can log back into your account and finish at a later time.

Pay application fee or submit fee waiver

Oklahoma State University also accepts application fee waivers for students based on demonstrated need. These waivers are approved based on the information provided on your FAFSA, so please complete your FAFSA before completing a fee waiver form

 

Submit official transcript & test scores

Submit an official transcript from each college or university you have attended.  If you have less than 24 college-level credit hours, you will need to provide an official high school transcript containing your class rank (if available), grade-point average and graduation date. If your ACT and/or SAT scores are not on your high school transcript, you will need to provide an official copy of your ACT and/or SAT scores, unless you indicate you're applying as test optional on your admissions application.

 

Transfer students who are currently enrolled for fall at another institution and are applying to attend OSU the following summer or fall semester are required to provide an official transcript with their completed grades for the current semester before the OSU application can be reviewed for admission. Please contact your current institution at the end of the fall semester to send your updated transcript to OSU
