An evening with Joshua Rivedal
Join us Wednesday, Sept. 9 from 4-5 p.m. in the Student Union Theater for an evening of humor, storytelling and honest conversation about resilience and wellbeing in college. Nationally recognized speaker, author and comedian Joshua Rivedal shares practical strategies for navigating stress, building connections and taking care of yourself and others. The event is free and open to all, with food, giveaways and a few surprises along the way.
