Register for eShipGlobal 

To receive your admission welcome package and I-20
Create your eShipGlobal account and place an order as soon as possible so we can mail your admissions welcome package and Form I-20, which is vital to your immigration status as a student now and throughout your stay in the U.S. 

Steps to Creating an eShipGlobal Account

  1. Create your account.

  2. Select “Receive documents” under the “Universities” tab. Then, choose “Oklahoma State University Main Campus” and please select “Undergraduate Admissions” as the sender address.

  3. When prompted on their page, be sure to enter your name and OSU Banner ID exactly as it appears on your OSU admission documents.

  4. Select the shipment service you wish to use. We recommend choosing FedEx for the quickest and most reliable shipment. Once you make the payment, an email confirmation will be sent to you about your order and the Undergraduate Admissions staff will be notified that you are ready to receive your documents. 

International undergraduate students admitted to Oklahoma State University must use eShipGlobal to receive their admissions welcome package and Certificate of Eligibility Form I-20.
